We had an amazing stay at Kahamut-An Beach And Cottages. the location is perfect, nestled in a small village by the sea, away from tourists and crowds. We were greeted with coconut juice and felt like we were visiting an old friend. the place is eco-friendly, running on solar power, and Romain, the owner, shared fascinating stories about his adventures in Palawan. We even went on a mini island hopping trip with him to a pristine island with breathtaking coral reefs. the hosts, Jenny and her husband, were friendly and helpful, arranging tours and even giving us a ride. the food prepared by Jenny, using fresh local ingredients, was delicious. The peaceful atmosphere and beautiful views made it a truly relaxing and memorable experience. Cons: Didn't dislike anything about the property.

If you want a quiet place to chill, to rewind, and to stay away from the tourists and crowds, this place is just THE destination! The location is deep down a small village facing the sea, giving you a down-to-earth feeling. The whole place is run by solar panels and batteries, making it eco-friendly. The owner, Romain, is a friendly French scientist who shares interesting adventures in Palawan. The food prepared by Jenny is delicious and authentic. The views on the road to Sabang beach are breathtaking, like biking in a dinosaur park. Definitely made our trip!
Totally recommend this hotel.

We stayed in a secluded area, away from the famous Underground River. the location was perfect, surrounded by nature and in a peaceful garden. the room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. the service provided by the hosts was exceptional, they made us feel like family. Breakfast was delicious and the view from our room was breathtaking. We also enjoyed the facilities, such as the beach access and the opportunity to rent a motorcycle for day trips.
There was a lack of communication upon our arrival, which made us feel a bit unsafe.

The cottages were comfortable, and the nearby beach offered a stunning view of the sea. The food at the on-site restaurant was mind-blowing, and Jenny's cooking skills were top-notch. We were able to do various activities, such as the Underground River tour in Sabang, making it a perfect starting point. Additionally, the focus on sustainability and eco-friendliness was superb. Everything was perfect, and we highly recommend this hidden gem. Thank you so much, Jenny! We can't wait to visit again soon.

Great location, right by the beach. Beautiful garden and delicious, local food prepared by the owner's family. They were very helpful and even arranged a snorkeling trip to Isla Rita. The nearby underground river is just a short drive away. They also assisted with transportation to and from Port Barton. Highly recommended!
The hotel is a bit remote, so it may not be ideal if you're looking for a lively atmosphere. The beach is not suitable for swimming, as the water is shallow and the beach is rocky.
